EP064: Good Girl Recovery | Marcia Baczynski

edited Do you have a good girl inside of you, or in your life, who always seems to get walked all over? Wish she would take a stand and set some boundaries? Women have been raised from a very young age to always look after other people, and especially put other people’s needs ahead of their own. This sets them up for getting walked on, and a life of resentment.

Marcia Baczynski is the Founder of www.askingforwhatyouwant.com and the Good Girl Recovery Program which you can sign up for HERE. This 6-week program helps women and people socialized as girls to break out of the roles that keep them feeling small and unsatisfied.

Together, we will unpack your tendencies toward people-pleasing, perfectionism and not feeling “good enough” to find the adult version of yourself that is self-possessed, honest, authentic, and more of who you really are in the world. You can find Marcia on Facebook or on Twitter and Instagram @AskMarciaB.

Marcia Baczynski is a sexual communication expert and coach who works to provide people with practical tools to create extraordinary relationships. Her primary mission is to help people overcome shame and get in touch with what they truly want — romantically, sexually and relationally — even if it’s off the beaten path.

Marcia works with a select group of clients one-on-one each year, teaches workshops, and leads ongoing group classes throughout North America. Her course, “The Good Girl Recovery Program,” helps women to break out of the roles that keep them small and unsatisfied, and move into being more of who they are in all areas of their lives. She is co-founder of the international phenomenon Cuddle Party, a communication workshop and social event centered around affection and touch. Marcia brings wisdom, humor, and creativity to all aspects of her work, and offers a fresh perspective on love, sex and relationships.
